Alexandra Daddario was looking too hot in Baywatch movie. She has just increased the temperature of the big screen. Moreover, she was looking healthy, toned and beautiful. Well, she was getting trained under personal trainer Patrick Murphy (Zac Efron trainer). She hit the gym every day for the physically demanding role. She has started lifting weight to tone her body and gain strength. Alexandra has also done yoga for core strength.

Patrick has made a routine of circuit training where she has to do 15 to 20 reps of each exercise, and after that, she has to do another exercise. Daddario has to do three sets with two to three minutes rest in between. This training is designed to burn unwanted fat and grow visible muscles. Her workout includes lunges, reverse lunges, dumbbell press, squats, barbell curls resistance band, TRX straps. She is doing yoga on a regular basis. Well her hard work paid off big time, she looks stunning in the movie, and even she made visible abs for the first time in her life. She hit the gym for Five days for her film. Daddario still goes to the gym and maintain her body.
