Was feeling super sassy last night so thought I would go for it and set a PR! 😌 115kg on hip thrusts was the one, a lot of you may be like but we saw you hit 120kg a few months back? Yes, I can do 120kg and more but with little control. If you cannot control the weight your not doing yourself any favours and are probably not hitting the muscles you want to hit. Since my plan has stayed the same for almost 7 weeks I questioned Jack. He simply told me this is a myth. One of the best ways to continue growth is 'progressive overload'. I.e to keep increasing your reps or weight as much as you can. Which is ace because I would always stress and try to think about new stuff to do the following week!
