Calum Von Moger was born in Victoria, Australia. He has started his journey with iron when his brother asked him to join a gym nearby his house. The gym was not well equipped but it was enough for Von Moger to start his journey with bodybuilding. He was 14 years old when hit the gym, it was a classic gym with free weights and dumbbells.  Calum was so dedicated to his every day training that they will sneak in if the gym was closed. Most of the time owner of the gym leaves the key for kids to get trained.

Inspiration

Calum has focused on bulking up, symmetry and strength. He has divided his working out into two style .i.e. Odd weeks and even weeks. In odd weeks, he focused on higher reps, while in even weeks he does lower reps. The reason behind odd and even is to build mass and strength.
