He also takes a protein shake in 11.00 am snakes along with banana and protein shake at 10.00 PM after a workout.
One of the best things you can remember to do when you're training your biceps is to throw in at least a few sets of "no money" curls. First…how did it get its name? If you didn't have any money and someone asked you for some, you'd look like I do at he end of each rep and say "sorry man, I got no money"! Now, why do I love this so much? It activates the shoulder external rotators (the rotator cuff) and adds a tremendous postural benefit to an often times postural crushing exercise (think how often you see people curling with horrible body positioning). It's easy to mix in just a few sets with your regular curls, and in this instance, a little can go a long way! Now THIS is a superset! Take two of the most overlooked (but important) back exercises and put them into one "back to back" sequence. The straight arm push down is critical for not just building bigger lats but for strengthening your back for more stability in the deadlift and advanced body weight exercises like the lever. Straight from my newest 10 Commandments of shoulder training video is this crucial shoulder workout tip. If you want to fully train your delts you HAVE to be sure to overload the eccentric during your workout. The problem? With the usual shoulder exercises you never get to a fully stretched position on the delts like you do with virtually all other muscle groups. If you want to do it, you have to alter your exercises to allow it! Here's a front shoulder raise done with a cable and a stride stance. Same exercise, but this includes the all important stretch and tension on the front delt in the bottom position! Small switch equals big changes in the effect this exercise will have on your shoulder growth and development!
