Well thanks to her former trainer Dalton wong, he helped her to get into the right shape despite of her bed food habits. Jennifer has started her fitness journey from the sets of X men. Wong has made a workout schedule, which help her to be a super hero on screen.

Jennifer once told in an interview that strict diet is impossible for her but Dalton helped her to eat in healthy way.

If we talk about her diet then Dalton Wong has included fats, proteins and crabs into her diet. He has replaced his junk food with healthy snacks such as turkey, hummus, juices and vegetables. Dalton has designed interval workout for Jennifer. They steal 15 minutes from the set and do some cardio or other high intensity work out. This kind of workout burns more energy and help Lawrence to get into shape.

 

According to wong, Cardio exercise is good for health, it helps to lose unwanted fat and build stamina. Running, cycling, hiking, dancing or aerobics will start pumping blood to your heart.

Wong has transformed Jennifer Lawrence body into a sexy beast. Her work out includes running for 15 to 20 minutes. Jennifer used to do high intensity circuit training for 10 to 15 minutes during the shoots of X-Men. Lawrence has done yoga apart from this cardio exercise
