Mia was a tall and big girl from very early age but she was not happy about it. So she started lifting weight under expert guidance. Mia Sand workout includes heavy weight training and focuses muscle group training. There is no short cut to get muscles like her; you need to work out every day without any excuses.

Her most of workout is a combination of body building and power lifting. It makes her strong and improves her looks. Squats, Lungs, bench press, pull ups, pushups are her favorite exercise to build strength and muscles. Most of her sets include 12 to 15 reps with 3 to 5-minute break.

Questions Regarding this exercise – Almost daily I get asked to explain how and why I do these Saw this in a video on Youtube with this Brazilian girl doing these, she's actually world famous for her big "natural" glutes like 90% of all the other Brazilian fitness celebs But it made sense regardless her attributes, so gave it a try and they were guuud for Momma Mias behind. So why not do Sumo squats or deadlifts instead, well there's absolutely zero stress on your back here, you can lean further back and take the stress of your lumbar region Got to keep your back as straight as possible, your hips will limit your depth naturally because of the position you are holding your back, you can get more depth if you lean more forward, but the stress on your lower back will increase the further you lean forward, and the point of doing these fades away Had a few men, guys, boys asking me about it at the gym, and yes its now become a guy thing too here I guess, everybody wants full blown behinds these days Play around with it, it also takes a little getting used to positioning the belt correctly, and get up on the benches is a struggle when handling heavy weights, but try it out Blessings ❤️ #fitfamdk #aldrigvila #girlswhopowerlift #workoutempire #blackmadness
